         CONFIDENCE IS THE KEY OF SUCCESS 

Every year on the 19th of November, the whole world celebrates the International Men's Day and encourages each other on the issues of development.

In the past, it was known that there are jobs done only by women and jobs done only by men, but in this century, there is a slight difference according to the changes in science and technology, but here we have seen a man of 45 years old, Mr. James Juma, who has been engaged in selling vegetables ( genge ). A socially unacceptable act for a man could be to sell a bunch of vegetables.

So the businessman James Juma said that in his genge selling business he is able to earn money to support himself in life such as helping his family with food, clothing, diseases and it helps him to educate his children and make his personal development.

She also said that she enjoys her work regardless of how others view her because it is an activity she loves to do. And he makes great products to please his customers and he cares about his customers and serves them well because they are the ones who give him the power to run his business                                              

       

             

                                                                  

 There is no job without challenges for him. James Juma said that even he in his work there are some challenges he faces but those challenges make him stronger one of the challenges is people surprise him to sell a bunch of vegetables and it is common that many men work as a boda boda digging tunnels, driving trucks and not the work he does that the work should be done by a woman and not a man.

                                                

So the entrepreneur has advised his young colleagues to work without discrimination as long as the work is legal and not smuggling like selling marijuana, kidnapping people and donating kidneys so that they can run their lives.
